Our trainer Alyssa was lovely! Very personable, experienced and welcoming. Hope to see her again! Prior to me attending this training which I had to rebook into and pay a $25 transfer fee. I and 4 others arrived at 8.40am to the other venue, in a very similar building also on South Road, Morphett Vale. While the email did say "Marisa Building", and this was the reason given to me why a transfer with no cost wouldn't be given unless you have been and or seen the name of the building on it prior this mistake is easy to make. 5 people did it to one session! As it took a while over the phone with customers setvice to figure out what had happened as we initially thought the trainer hadn't arrived - by the time we established we were at the incorrect location were advised we were too late to join the class. Providing clearer instructions on where to go given the two locations are so close to each other and look very similar. Although at an additional cost of $25 to reschedule x however many people make the mistake would add up!!Posted on Google![]()

I went for my first aid training day course through First Aid Pro, they show you all the basic necessities of first aid including cpr, how to bandage someone or yourself properly and etc. The trainers and people here are very nice and helpful with questions you may need to ask, and are very thorough in terms of explaining first aid information, including showing videos and in person practical demonstrations to demonstrate how you do them properly which will be very useful if put in a situation were you may need to use them. I will definitely be coming back here, highly recommend.Posted on Google![]()
